You can book an appointment through our website, by calling us at (236) 234-0384, or by emailing us at besalon0@gmail.com. You can also walk in, but we recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure availability.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially for popular treatments or weekend appointments. For special occasions (like weddings or events), it’s best to book a few weeks ahead.

We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please refer to our full cancellation policy for more details.

Yes, we offer gift cards, which can be used for any of our services. You can purchase them in-store or online here.

For certain treatments (like waxing, facials, or hair coloring), you may be asked to avoid specific activities prior to your appointment.

For example:

Waxing: avoid shaving or using lotions on the area to be treated.

Facials: Arrive with a clean face and avoid makeup.

Hair Color: we recommend that clients wear old or dark-colored clothing that they don’t mind getting stained. While we take precautions to protect your clothing, there’s always a small risk of color splashes during the process. We are not responsible for any damage to clothing, so please come dressed accordingly.

We understand that sometimes you need to bring your child, and we’re happy to accommodate where possible. However, for safety and comfort, we recommend bringing an adult companion to look after your child during your treatment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and gift cards. We also offer contactless payment options for your convenience.

We have street pay parking in front of the salon.
